Our Process

  • 1) Pre-Production Confirmations: Confirm BOM/component availability, approved materials, labels/packaging, quantities and target delivery date

  • 2) Production Planning: Review approved patterns and construction specs; lack production plan and work order

  • 3) Sampling-to-Production Alignment: Use the approved sample as the build reference to ensure consistent fit and construction

  • 4) Manufacturing Build: Cut, sew and finish garments through the production process

  • 5) Quality Checks & Finalization: In-line and final review, finalize finishing and prepare for shipment/pick-up

  • Delivery timeline and milestone dates (production start target, in-hand date, ship date)

  • Timeline: Dependent on style complexity, material readiness/lead time, available trims and production quantity. We confirm the start date and estimated in-hand/shipping timeline after all required inputs are locked.
