Our Process

  • 1) Project Intake & Fit Plan: Confirm style goals, target size range, fit type, and revision expectations

  • 2) Pre-Production Build Setup: Review specs, and align measurements, construction approach and component specifications

  • 3) First Sample Development: Build initial sample(s) to the agreed specs

  • 4) Fit & Review Cycle: Collect feedback from the fitting and apply documented revisions

  • 5) Final Sample Approval: Deliver the approved final sample(s) with the updated notes and production-ready guidance (as needed)

Inputs We Request From Clients

  • Design sketch, tech pack, flat sketch and or spec sheet (must include all measurement specs)

  • Target size range and fit expectations (e.g. tailored/regular/relaxed)

  • Reference garment (if available)

  • Fabric and trim/hardware requirements (or confirmation of what you will provide vs. what we supply)

  • Any branding/labeling requirements and required construction details

  • Timeline constraints and the number of revisions you expect

Time & Scope

  • Timeline: Sample timelines vary by garment complexity, material availability, and the number of revision rounds required. A first-sample delivery is typically scheduled after intake and spec confirmation

  • Scope Options:

    • Single-style, single size sample (initial validation)

    • Multi-size sample run (fit across the specified range)

    • Revision-supported sampling until final fit approval
