Our Process
1) Intake & Sourcing Plan: Review your product requirements and build a sourcing checklist by garment component
2) Supplier Outreach & Options: Contact qualified vendors and collect availability, minimums, and lead times
3) Sample Collection & Review: Obtain samples (when required) and organize comparisons against client criteria
4) Selection & Approval: Confirm final materials/trim/hardware for each size run (as applicable)
5) Production Readiness: Provide final supplier confirmations and coordinate next step to keep build on schedule
Inputs We request From Clients
Tech pack and/or BOM (bill of materials) for their designs
Fabric/trim/hardware requirements, including specs such as weight, composition, finish, color and performance needs
Size run requirements and whether times must be consistent across all sizes or only within style variants
Target timeline and required delivery dates
Approved brands or “must-use” vendors (if any) and acceptable alternative
Quantity estimates and any minimum order constraints
Time
Timeline: Sourcing time depends on material complexity, color matching, supplier lead time, and whether samples are required.
