  • Fabric/trim/hardware requirements, including specs such as weight, composition, finish, color and performance needs

  • Size run requirements and whether times must be consistent across all sizes or only within style variants

  • Target timeline and required delivery dates

  • Approved brands or “must-use” vendors (if any) and acceptable alternative

  • Quantity estimates and any minimum order constraints
