Our Services
We provide professional pattern-making services that translate design intent into precise, production-ready garment patterns. Our team builds accurate pattern pieces from design sketches and technical specs, supports multiple size runs, and delivers documentation that streamlines sampling, fitting, and manufacturing.
What We Do
Convert fashion sketches and tech packs into detailed flat patterns and size sets
Create and revise pattern pieces for tops, bottoms, dresses, outerwear, and uniforms
Develop grading standards to expand designs across a full size range
Support sample-to-fit workflows with systematic updates based on measured feedback
Prepare patterns for production, including clear cut instructions and construction notes
Ensure fit consistency across sizes by validating proportional relationships
Deliverables
Flat pattern pieces (paper/cardboard as requested)
Size sets and graded pattern systems for the specified range
Tech-pack alignment support, including measurements and construction guidance
Our Process
Initial Review: Confirm garment style, target market, size range, and required construction details
Pattern Development: Build base patterns from sketches/tech packs and set core measurements
Prototype & Fit Support: Generate sample patterns and apply revisions from fitting feedback
Finalization: Deliver production-ready patterns with updated specifications and documentation
Inputs We Request From Clients
Design sketches and/or reference garments
Tech pack details (measurements, garment specifications, construction notes)
Target size range and fit expectations (e.g., tailored, regular, relaxed)
Fabric/trim requirements when available, especially when they impact pattern adjustments
Timeline & Scope
Timelines depend on style complexity, quantity of styles, number of size runs, and the number of revision rounds required. We can support both single-style development and multi-style programs with structured revision cycles.
We develop garment samples that match your design intent and technical specs—built for accurate fit reviews and fast iteration. From first sample to final approval, we keep every change documented so you can move confidently into production.
Sample Development Services
First sample development based on your design and tech pack specs
Sample runs for a defined size range (as needed)
Fit and construction support through revision rounds
Documentation for revisions and final sample approval
Deliverables
Completed sample(s) ready for evaluation
Updated spec and revision notes reflecting fit/construction feedback
Revised pattern/sizing components (when applicable) to support approved changes
Package-ready sample documentation (measurements and key construction callouts) based on your requirements
Our Process
1) Project Intake & Fit Plan: Confirm style goals, target size range, fit type, and revision expectations
2) Pre-Production Build Setup: Review tech pack details and align measurements, construction approach, and component specifications
3) First Sample Development: Build the initial sample(s) to the agreed specs
4) Fit & Review Cycle: Collect feedback from the wearer or fittings and apply documented revisions
5) Final Sample Approval: Deliver the approved final sample(s) with updated notes and production-ready guidance (as applicable)
Inputs We Request From Clients
Design sketch and/or tech pack (including all measurement specs)
Target size range and fit expectation (e.g., tailored/regular/relaxed)
Reference garment (if available) or fit standard you want to match
Fabric and trim/hardware requirements (or confirmation of what you will provide vs. what we supply)
Any branding/labeling requirements and required construction details
Timeline constraints and the number of revision rounds you expect
Time & Scope
Timeline: Sample timelines vary by garment complexity, material availability, and the number of revision rounds required. A first-sample delivery is typically scheduled after intake and spec confirmation.
Scope Options:
Single-style, single-size sample (initial validation)
Multi-size sample run (fit across the specified range)
Revision-supported sampling until final fit approval
We source apparel materials and components to match your design specs, quality standards, and production needs. We streamline supplier outreach, sampling, and selection so you can confirm the right fabric, trims, and hardware before development and manufacturing.
Sourcing Services
Source fabrics, linings, and stretch/functional materials to meet your spec and hand/finish goals
Source trims and components (labels, zippers, buttons, thread, elastic, hooks/eyes, etc.)
Identify compliant or equivalent material options when brands/suppliers change or availability is limited
Support sampling and vendor comparisons to confirm color, weight, performance, and construction compatibility
Deliverables
Supplier shortlist and recommended vendors for each required material/component
Material and component samples (or arranged sample submissions) for evaluation
Sourced/approved material selections aligned to your specs
Cost and lead-time guidance for each sourced item (including alternatives where needed)
Tracking notes documenting approvals, substitutions, and final sourcing decisions
Our Process
1) Intake & Sourcing Plan: Review your product requirements and build a sourcing checklist by garment component
2) Supplier Outreach & Options: Contact qualified vendors and collect availability, minimums, and lead times
3) Sample Collection & Review: Obtain samples (when required) and organize comparisons against your criteria
4) Selection & Approval: Confirm final materials/trims/hardware for each style and size run (as applicable)
5) Production Readiness: Provide final supplier confirmations and coordinate the next steps to keep builds on schedule
Inputs We Request From Clients
Tech pack and/or BOM (bill of materials) for the style(s)
Fabric/trim/hardware requirements, including specs such as weight, composition, finish, color, and performance needs
Size run requirements and whether items must be consistent across all sizes or only within style variants
Target timeline and required delivery dates
Approved brands or “must-use” vendors (if any) and acceptable alternatives (if allowed)
Quantity estimates and any minimum order constraints (including expected reorders)
Time & Scope
Timeline: Sourcing time depends on material complexity, color matching, supplier lead times, and whether samples are required. Your timeline is confirmed after intake of your BOM/specs.
Scope Options
Guided Sourcing: We recommend options and coordinate selections based on your approvals
Sample-Backed Sourcing: We secure samples for evaluation, then finalize sourcing
Multi-Style Programs: We manage sourcing across several styles with shared materials and component variants
Small-batch manufacturing helps you move from approved designs to real product—ideal for launches, limited runs, and market testing. We manage the production workflow so garments are built to spec, with consistent construction across your chosen styles and size range.
Small-Batch Manufacturing Services
Produce limited quantities of apparel after development and sampling are approved
Cut, sew, and finish garments according to your approved pattern pieces and tech specs
Execute controlled production revisions if minor adjustments are required (scope-dependent)
Support consistent quality checks through in-line and final inspection steps
Coordinate logistics so your finished goods are ready for shipment
Deliverables
Finished small-batch garments in the agreed quantities by style and size
Production-ready documentation outputs provided by the manufacturing workflow (e.g., packing and build completion notes) aligned to your program requirements
Quality inspection results (as applicable) and any documented deviations from spec
Packaging/labeling execution per your requirements (sizing labels, brand labels, hang tags—when provided)
